• We can assure you that when it comes to the quality of our products, we select only the finest materials. To help prolong the life of the plating and maintain the shine of your favorite item, we recommend following the care instructions included with every order.
  
  
• We would be delighted to offer complimentary polishing and repair services if your item ever requires them. This service is provided free of charge for the first 6 months from the date of purchase.
  
• If it has been more than 6 months since your purchase, a small service fee will apply. The cost will vary depending on the design and condition of the item.
  
  
• Please note that not all items may be eligible for repair so in this case we will offer store credit equivalent to 50% of the original purchase value of the item.
  
  
• Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  
  
• Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with sending and returning items for polishing or repair services.
  
  
• Service completion typically takes 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
