Return and Exchange


Returns

  • We only accept Returns in the event of a design defect with the item
  •  Please notify us of any defects in your order by contacting us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include a photo of the defective item
  •  We will arrange for a courier to pick up the items from your location within 3 business days at no cost for shipping. Your payment will be transferred to you upon our receipt of the order
  • Kindly ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging to prevent any damage or loss during the shipping process
  • Due to health and hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns on earrings
  • Returns are not accepted on any items that are purchased during a sale event or marked as clearance






Exchange

  • We do offer exchanges within 3 days from the date of receiving your order
  • To request an exchange, please get in touch with us via WhatsApp or email. Be sure to attach a photo of the item you wish to exchange and provide us with the reason for exchanging it
  •  you can expect to receive the new item within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees will be applied, except in cases where the reason for exchange is a mistaken item, in which case no shipping fees will apply
  •  Please make sure that the item being exchanged is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging to avoid any potential damage or loss during the shipping process 
  • Due to health and hygiene purposes, we do not accept exchanges on earrings
  • Exchanges are not accepted on any items that are purchased during a sale event or marked as clearance

 






Customized orders

  •  For all custom-made items crafted specifically for you, an initial deposit of 50% must be paid
  •  We will initiate the processing of your order after 24 hours of receiving your payment. The fulfilment of your order requires approximately 5 business days, in addition to the shipping period, which will vary based on your location
  •  If you choose to cancel your custom order after 24 hours, please be aware that the initial deposit is non-refundable, as we would have already commenced the production process
  • Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
