• Delivery times for orders vary and typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location

• Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: Delivery within 3-5 business days.

• Other governorates: Delivery within 7 business days.

• To track your order, kindly submit a request via our WhatsApp or Email, including your order number

• Please be aware that per the shipping company's policy, you should only open your shipment after it has been received from the courier. Opening the package while the courier is at your door is not permitted

• Please be aware that you cannot request partial delivery of your order; you can only choose to receive the entire order as it is or request a refund
